With a background in materials science, and a career that’s tracked the path of product commercialisation, Barbara understands what’s required to establish new technology businesses. Most recently Barbara was a senior executive in an automation company and today works on two start-ups.

Mechanical engineering, a rural upbringing, and a passion for R&D give Anthony the can-do attitude and attention to detail required for creating innovative engineering solutions. He has extensive experience across a range of fields including instrumentation, vision tracking, robotics, data collection and analysis, software development, algorithm design, mechanical design, rapid prototyping, and testing. Anthony understands the benefits gained from a multidisciplinary approach and how input from stakeholders is crucial to successful product development.

Connor has been involved in many complex machine vision and robotics automation development projects since his mechatronics training. His engineering strength is his ability to rapid prototype – whether it be mechanical, robotics, controls or machine vision. He can quickly advance new product development to early go/kill points. Connor is a listener and communicator and is passionate about translating words and ideas into engineered solutions.

With a passion for business and 13 years as CEO of a technology and automation business, Chris is a proven leader of growth. Chris has a track record of growing businesses through acquisition, joint venture and strategic alliances but thrives on the growth from new technology development. Today Chris mentors several start-ups and is on the Board of many established entities.

Tom’s engineering experience is broad with a focus on project engineering, be it infrastructure, residential construction or development projects for on the dairy farm. With a career based around projects, Tom has 15 years of experience working on innovative automation and robotic projects covering all aspects from hands-on Design & Commissioning to Senior Project Manager roles. Communication is extremely important in any project; combined with eye for detail while looking at the bigger picture Tom consistently delivers great practical outcomes for clients.
